Through this non-gendered piece, I explore the human figure in order to challenge discomfort and invite curiosity about the embodied experiences of trans people. Using cherry, walnut, and plywood this piece embodies the layers of our identities. Illuminated with neon asking for contemplation of ones own gender and the how they or another may navigate our society as their true self.
